How much is my business worth?
The value of any business is based upon its free cash flow and the multiple for the industry it operates in. There are, however, other contributing factors that can add to or detract from the cash flow valuation such as growth or contraction, revenue concentration, or owner dependency. We also look at comparisons or comps of other similar businesses that have sold. Please schedule an appointment and we’d be happy to discuss the value of your business.
How long will it take to sell my business?
In general, it takes nine months to a year to sell a business, but it could take longer, or it could go much faster. Much of the time involved can be attributed to the buyer’s due diligence and financing. Providing the information requested by a buyer in a timely manner speeds up the process. Be prepared.
What do I need to do to get my business ready to sell?
